About Dr. Shaine Cararas
Frisco Chiropractor
My name is Dr. Shaine Cararas. I started my career as a Ph.D. chemist in Organic and Medicinal chemistry, and although it was a great career, God had other plans.
I was involved with Crossfit, functional movement, and eventually I became an L1 Crossfit certified coach and USAW Olympic Weightlifting coach at Omega Crossfit in Plano, Texas.
As I progressed through functional training, I visited an applied kinesiology chiropractor who put me through a very thorough exam, performing neurological, orthopedic, physical, and applied kinesiology exams.
After all the examinations and muscle testing, the chiropractor adjusted me. Then he retested muscles that were previously not strong before the adjustment and soft tissue manipulation. They were super strong!
I moved better and was objectively stronger when I went to workout after the appointment. I was hooked and knew chiropractic was what God wanted me to do.

Does Dr. Shaine’s background in chemistry influence his chiropractic care?

That scientific mindset helps him approach each patient’s problem with precision and a deeper understanding of how the body responds to stress, movement, and treatment.
Does Dr. Shaine provide muscle activation and soft tissue work in addition to chiropractic adjustments?

Trusted Frisco Chiropractor: What People Are Saying
"Dr. Cararas is incredible!"
Dr. Cararas is incredible! I wasn't having any luck with other doctors helping get rid of the nagging pain in my left shoulder and attending to the reduced range of motion which was negatively impacting my workouts and my life in general. I had heard he was really good. So, I booked an appointment.
During the very first visit he made my pain go away and dramatically increased my range of motion. I was amazed to say the least. Now, I feel stronger and my whole body feels stable which has improved not only my workouts but my day-to-day activities. - Kristina R.

"He had me out of pain"
Dr. Cararas is not just your regular snap, crackle, pop chiropractor. He takes the time to listen and understand the full picture of what is going on with your health and body before initiating treatment. I had previously sought out treatment from a different Chiropractor for back/neck pain but left still in pain after several sessions. Then I found Dr. Cararas.
He had me out of pain after the first treatment. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cararas. He is originally from Louisiana, so some refer to him as having voodoo magic. I would 10/10 recommend getting Chiropractic care from Dr. Cararas. - Victoria C.
